It looked like the weather was going to hold for Sara and Josh’s Historic St. Mary’s City waterfront wedding. And it did, right up until the newly Mr. and Mrs. Carter exited the church. The skies opened up at that point, as if to pour down God’s love on this sweet couple. Sara and Josh, being the good natured souls they are, didn’t get upset. Instead, they stood in the doorway of the church so we could take advantage of the natural light available, and did every pose imaginable in a 4 foot by 4 foot space! And then, as if to reward these two for being such good sports, the rain passed, leaving us with the most beautiful light at sunset.
I just loved working with Sara, Josh and their families! With such a large, generous and kind-hearted support network, I know that their marriage will be a success and I look forward to seeing where life takes them!
