It may have been a little colder and a little damper than expected, but as Amanda and Robert said their vows, they hardly seemed to notice the rain coming down around them. That was partly thanks to Robert’s brother who held an umbrella over them during the ceremony, but nonetheless, the weather did not dampen the beautiful celebration alongside the Chesapeake Bay.
