Beautiful family. Beautiful location. Beautiful weather. Such a perfect summer family session at Woodlawn Farm!
During their St. Mary’s City engagement session, Jo Jo told me he couldn’t smile just a little. Nope. Instead he’s got a wide, beaming grin that stretches from ear to ear, especially when Crystal is by his side. I think it’s pretty obvious that these two will be loving one another, and also laughing together for a long time to come!

I love how this lifestyle maternity session not only highlights this gorgeous momma, but also her daddy and sweet brother, as well as their beautiful home. I believe these are the photographs that Baby Sage will cherish as she gets older. They’re the ones that will reflect the warmth and love of the home where her story began.
There are so many aspects of Lilia and Dave’s Woodlawn Farm Estate wedding that made it a dream to photograph. The perfect spring weather, the historic chapel where they held their ceremony, the serene, relaxing atmosphere of their reception site, and let’s not forget the beautiful couple themselves! But it was the abundance of love and being surrounded by so many genuinely caring friends and family that mattered most. And as I always say, love makes for the best photos.
The following talented vendors and people contributed to their day: Our Lady Star of the Sea, ceremony; Woodlawn Farm, reception site; Canards Catering, catering; Justin Alexander (from Ellie’s Bridal Boutique in Alexandria), dress; Diana Lay from Styled Salon in Prince Frederick, hair; Jan Scott, make up, Joshua Moore, cake; DeAnna Pinno’s Cakes, cupcakes and other desserts; Solomons Island Florist, ceremony flowers; Weavers Cut Flowers, reception flowers; Something Special by Tracy, decor, linens and rentals; and Mike and Mary Ann Stamm, additional decor.
