Last week after doing a bridal show with Blushing Blooms Floral Design, Jennifer, the owner and talent of the business, sent me home with some beautiful flowers and this gorgeous floral crown. To be fair, the crown was in better shape before it made its way into my daughter’s energetic little hands. But she had fun, and that’s what matters!

If rain is good luck on your wedding day, then Karen and Adam should be all set! Not only did they have rain, there was sleet and snow. Fortunately, the skies cleared and other than some strong winds, we were able to enjoy some much deserved sunshine for this wonderful couple.
What I loved most about Karen and Adam’s intimate wedding with their children and close family friends was that these two could not stop smiling! Possibly one of the perks of having a smaller wedding with less day-of logistics to worry about, or simply a sign of the fact that they were completely filled with joy as they blended their two families into a beautiful new one. Either way I was honored to be there to document this beginning for them.

The M family is growing, and what better way to celebrate this exciting time than with a photo session! I’m very thankful that I’ll get to revisit this beautiful family three more times over the next year to meet their sweet baby-girl-to-be and to watch as she and big sister Paige become best friends. Judging by all the apparent love and joy in these pictures, I’d say that this baby on the way is one lucky little lady!
