The farm where Jessica and Chris got married has been in Chris’ family for quite some time and over the years it has become somewhat of a tradition to get married here. The moment Amanda walked down the aisle to marry Trey, it began to pour. You could even hear thunder in the distance. But these two remained focused and joyful about the day’s purpose — to become husband and wife. Like the weather, marriage doesn’t always go how we expect it to, but Amanda and Trey showed us that they’re in this together no matter what comes their way. Here are some highlights from their Woodlawn Farm wedding.
The farm where we photographed Rachel and Sean’s engagement session has been in Sean’s family for three generations. As I listened to Sean talk about the land with such pride, showing me the beautiful spaces his grandfather once loved, it was easy to see why he and Rachel are choosing to say their vows here next year. While we were taking pictures, I couldn’t help but think that Sean’s grandfather was beaming from heaven, knowing that this is where Sean and Rachel would build their own family, loving and laughing together for years to come, just as he had done years before.
I was fortunate enough to photograph Hattie and Jackson’s gorgeous wedding a few years ago, and I’m feeling even more blessed to photograph the newest addition to their family! Here are just a few of my favorites of this adorable guy.
