For Brides: The Client Experience

One of the aspects I love most about photographing weddings are the relationships that are formed. My clients are amazing and quite often I leave a wedding feeling like a member of the family. Not only do they let me play a role in their wedding day, they share their lives and their loved ones with me. It’s an incredible honor, which is why I am constantly focused on providing the best client experience possible. From the first email inquiry to the completion of the album, a positive client experience is always a priority.

The business relationship between a photographer and a client can last up to two years from the initial meeting to the delivery of the final products. I don’t know about you, but if I’m going to work with someone for two years, I want someone who has my best interest at heart, who maintains an open line of communication and who serves as a resource for all things wedding related. This is what I strive to do for each of my clients. Because to me they’re so much more than clients and deserve nothing less!

If you’re a former, current or prospective client, I’d love to hear from you! Please email me your thoughts, suggestions and feedback so I can continue to make your experience better!

Each relationship begins with a Welcome Packet like the one pictured below. This packet includes wedding day tips, a planning timeline, advice for engagement sessions and so much more! These materials recently got an update with some fresh new faces!
