When Kelly contacted me about taking pictures of her family at their new home, she warned me that they didn’t have any furniture yet and things were pretty bare. Many times, I go into a house and spend time removing distractions and re-arranging furniture depending on the location of the best light. So the idea of a blank slate sounded like it had potential. As it turns out, it did! This gorgeous Southern style home with its rich dark wood floors, neutral colored walls and wide entryways from room to room made for the most beautiful photographs. The lack of furniture and decorations only draw your attention all the more to this adorable family and their beautiful smiles!
