Sean and Alicia opted not to see one another before they married, but they did meet on opposite sides of an old tree, held hands and prayed together. It was one of the sweetest moments I have witnessed. After that, they met face to face, this time on the beach where they became husband and wife. Here are a few of my favorites of this wonderful couple.
This past fall I worked with my mom’s school on a family photo day fundraiser. It was a wonderful success as we photographed more than a dozen families raising money for St. Mary’s School. I won’t include them all here, but I did choose one of my favorite sessions from the day to share. You may recognize these beautiful faces as they’ve been on the blog before. These are my adorable nieces and they rank right up there as some of my favorite clients to photograph!
So much can change in a year. Babies become toddlers, new babies are born! This certainly held true for this sweet family as the last time we took pictures, Madelyn had yet to be born and Jackson didn’t quite seem like the big kid he’s clearly becoming. I’m always amazed to look at pictures and see how much little ones grow over the span of just a few months, much less a year. It’s all the more reason to take your camera out as much as possible and document this special time in their lives!
