It was a small gathering of family and close friends at a beautiful inn on the water. The weather was perfect and the day even moreso. Kyle and Kevin’s wedding was intimate, relaxed and focused on their love for one another, just as it should be.
When I first met Alicia, I thought she had a beautiful smile. Put her next to Sean and that smile just gets bigger, and pretty soon it’s contagious! As you will soon see, Alicia and Sean had just a little bit of fun during their engagement session 🙂 I can’t wait for the fun to continue when they get married this September on the beach!
Barbara and Nick have been happily married for six years. Unfortunately the photographer on their wedding day never took any photos of the couple outside. So this year, just a few days before their anniversary, Barbara got back in her wedding dress and we took the outdoor pictures she has always wanted. I’d like to note that Barbara has two children and not only did her wedding dress still fit, it was actually a little big! Isn’t she just gorgeous? 🙂
Throughout the session, Barbara kept remarking how excited she was. And Nick, well he said he wanted to do this for her because he knew it would make her happy. Such a sweet couple that I am so fortunate to know!
The first time we tried to take Ryan’s senior portraits, rain was in the forecast. So we cancelled only to find that it didn’t rain. The second time, it poured until about two minutes before we were supposed to meet. But once it cleared, we were left with the most beautiful light! If I could order rain before each session with the condition that it stop on time, I would!

Kristi and Kevin have lived on opposite sides of the Bay Bridge while dating. Since it’s been the bridge that separated them physically, they chose to include it in their engagement photos at Terrapin Park in Stevensville, Md. I’m really excited to see these two again in August when they’ll marry and both finally move to the same side of the bridge!
